Crowne Plaza Harrogate by IHG
"This hotel would be suitable for people who like large, impersonal hotels! The housekeeping could have been more prompt and the car park wasn't easy to negotiate. With hundreds of people at breakfast, we would have expected for a 4 star hotel, not to have to queue up to get your own water for teas ..."

Cedar Court Harrogate
"Very disappointed that Blue Badge holders were forbidden to use the disabled parking spaces , as they were reserved for able body conference attendees. Doesn't the government have legislation on this?? We have stayed in a number of hotels in Harrogate, and this is our favourite ( so far)."

The Yorkshire
"The hotel was clean and tidy. Our room was quite big with a nice walk-in shower and small sitting area. Sadly, we were given a room in the middle of the hotel with no natural light. The window was boarded and blacked out and could not be opened due to its position in the hotel next to the lift. Not ..."

"The room was at the rear of the hotel and was overlooked, there were no net curtains only room curtains. Therefore the room had no privacy except when you closed the curtains meaning the room was dark most of the time we spent in it."

Cairn Hotel
"The manner of reception staff at check in and throughout my stay was very good, professional and friendly. There is loads of good, easy parking at the hotel. Admittedly, some of the furnishings are a bit dated, everywhere is clean and well equipped. The bedroom and bathroom were both large and comfortable. The bedding and towels were in good condition and decent quality. There was a well stocked hospitality tray. There was always plenty of hot water with good pressure It was very quiet both inside and outside. It is a short walk from Harrogate town centre and there is a but stop at the entrance if you want to venture further afield. I did not use the bar or restaurant, so cannot comment other than to say the prices looked reasonable"
