The Space:

Welcome to your home base in North Fargo. This garden-level studio apartment has a queen size bed, full kitchen, dining/sitting area, and a full bathroom (shower and tub). There is a window AC unit that keeps the place cool and central heat that keeps the building warm in the winter. There is off-street parking behind the building. There are stairs up into the house and then a full flight of stairs down to the lower level where this unit is located. There is coin operated laundry that the entire building shares.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the full studio apartment for the duration of their stay. There is also a shared laundry room that requires quarters.



The Neighborhood:

This studio apartment is located in a 5-plex a few blocks from campus. As such, the neighborhood is mostly multi-unit buildings with student apartments.



Getting Around:

There is parking for one vehicle included with this rental. Please send us your license plate ahead of time so we can keep track of who is parking in the lot. There are also public transit lines a couple blocks away. We're located just a 5-minute drive from the airport as well.
