On their website they offer a crib but when I asked about upon check in they said we couldn’t get one because housekeeping already went home. I have never had that happen before. Needless to say-we had a rough night with our 2 year old granddaughter. Rooms are old-overall clean. Found some long strands of hair in the shower. Breakfast-just for somewhere else. Not appealing at all! Coffee was terrible. Location is awful to get in and out. Checking in the gentleman was not very friendly. Checking out woman was nice. Overall, it was okay. Would I stay again? Probably not.

We checked in and the man at check in gave us a key for room 140. We unloaded our car after a 6.5 hr drive just wanted to relax. Get to the room, open it up and it wasn’t even cleaned. The beds were a mess, food and plates on the desk area. Dirty and nasty. So I walked back to the desk and he said, he’d “ try to get it cleaned “ to wait 20-30 minutes to see if the cleaner could clean. We waited 10-15 minutes in front of door. No one came so we loaded the car again and went to the mall. I was quite upset!! I told the lady when we checked out the next morning, she could care less. Do better!!

We appreciated the quiet location and free parking. The breakfast was delicious, and the dining area was clean and sizable. Our room was comfortable. The walls are thin enough that we could hear a lot of noise through the adjoining room which kept us awake until our neighbor finally went to sleep.

Is a good hotel, nice rooms, good location, what i didn’t like was the matresses, to hard for my liking, i recommend it, but be aware of the matresses, if you like soft ones, this chain dont have them, i have stayed in the same chain hotels in other cities, and all have the same hard mattresses
