Breakfast: no fruit was available, same food both days, ran out of some choices of danish before 9AM. I did have the very nice receptionist come in for some of these: Bathroom: bad smell of cigarette smoke, dirt in the corners Bedroom: top blanket large stain, they brought a new one. TV not working properly, old matress with hard springs, Very stong smell of cleaning chemicals. No ice on the ground floor available. Maid service cleaned the whole room and emptied the trash, made bed after just one day, very nice. But they took our only bar of soap by the sink and forgot to replace it and forgot to replace any towels. Another very nice receptionist gave use towels, We didn't notice saop was gone until later, used shampoo to wash hands.

Located right on Route 50, the main gateway to the eastern shore and beaches. Near a lot of restaurants. Easy drive to downtown Easton and lovely St. Michael's. Plenty of parking. Appreciated the Keurig coffee machine in the room and the breakfast downstairs off of the lobby. Waffle maker was nice!

It was a pretty terrible experience. We booked and paid for a king bed room through Expedia. We checked in, got the key, went to our room and it was 2 double beds. No warning or explanation that we were getting a cheaper room than what we paid for. The front desk told us all the king rooms were booked and that was the only room available. When we asked about a refund we were told that the front desk staff couldn’t help us, we’d need a manager - who didn’t come in until 10am the next day. Add to that the mosquitos squished into the walls and the broken coffee machine and the rock hard beds and the clogged bathtub and I think they more than earned their 1 star review.
