"Our family and another traveled for a baseball tournament at Boombah Sports Complex. The property was just as listed and we had everything we needed. John, the host, was very responsive to all messages! He also left fishing rods for my boys to use while there. The kitchen was very well stocked and things such as dish detergent and hand soap was provided as well! We would recommend this property and would stay again if in the area!"

"The check in and check out process were smooth. The breakfast was okay, not much option but it can help you start your day. It’s about 40 mins aways from Magic Kingdom and about 50 from Kennedy Space Center. It’s 10 mins away from Walmart."

"My son and I traveled hours north one day and hours east the next day and hours west the next! Yania's cozy getaway is exactly as described and photographed. It is a perfect central location for exploring Florida! The air conditioning works wonderfully and the bed and recliners are very comfortable. My son and I loved how easy tea was to make and the teas to choose from! My son ate up the snacks Yania left which is a nice touch. The mini fridge was perfect for holding our water and food. My son was able to take baths which is his preference and there were extra flossers, q-tips, and toothbrushes with toothpaste! Yania provided easy contactless check in and was quick to respond to questions and requests. Overall our stay was supported by Yania's perfectly stocked, clean and cozy getaway. I highly recommend checking it out!"

"The house is accurately as described and beautifully done. It was equipped with everything we needed and then some. Honestly, the most well stocked vrbo we've ever rented. The owner was fantastic, he communicated well both before and checked in during our stay to ensure we didnt need anything. The house is a quick 20-30 minutes depending on traffic to all the top Universal, Disney, and Seaworld spots. Super easy highway access. The outdoor area and pool were a hit! It was wonderful to jump in the pool after a day out shopping or at the parks to cool off. If we venture back to Orlando again, this will be our pick to stay. Thank you again, Jorge!"
