"Due to booking last minute, check in took longer than usual as there seemed to be a miscommunication when booking.
Front desk supervisor Carlos Johnson went above and beyond to ensure that the issue was resolved. His dedication was truly appreciated. Hotel also has a great breakfast, rooms were spacious and comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again. "
