Book Hilton Hotels rooms in Doral

"Shuttle took 45 minutes to arrive. Saw other hotels twice during this time. Then couldn’t use the shuttle the next morning as we had to leave at 6:00 to catch a flight. Shuttle isn’t available until 7:00 am. AC in room was quite noisy and toilet made a loud oas the bowl filled up. Hair left in the sink and tub. TV only got 3 channels and barely got those. Picture quality poor. Likely got what we paid for."

"The property was very cute and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and updated. They were only two minor things that would not determine from staying again, but the phone in her room was very scratchy and made it difficult to call the front desk so they could hear us. Also, we were not able to rent a movie on our TV because the staff couldn’t figure out how to link it to our room charge. But overall, it was very positive experience and we would definitely stay here again!"

"Staff member at the front desk, was under the influence and made me and my family members very uncomfortable. Also, the entrance smelled like cigarettes. Other than that, the room was pretty clean and the breakfast was decent."
