"When visiting Saint Augustine, it is essential to stay in the historic district, and this hotel was perfect. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants and historic sites but quiet enough to get a good nights rest. The staff was friendly and prompt with assistance, breakfast was enjoyable, room was clean, shower was hot and water pressure was great, beds were comfortable and they even provided us with an air mattress. Free parking is close by. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. "

"Situated a few minutes from historic downtown, this B&B is perfect for anyone who just wants to park the car for a few days! It's very convenient for walking around downtown, or if you don't want to walk, try the Hop on Hop off sightseeing bus. They even sell tickets for this at the B&B! Just ask! The staff are super helpful and friendly! We stayed in the Sapphire Room on the first floor, which we later found out was on the corner of two streets (Cordova and Cuna)! It was very noisy both nights of our stay, until around midnight. During the day, it was much quieter! The room had a claw-foot bath with overhead shower. I wouldn't recommend this if balance is an issue. There are twenty stairs from the ground floor to the first floor! Fairly low-rise, so not as daunting as it might sound! We spent several hours on the front porch one evening, chatting with friends, watching the world go by! Great fun, although it was noisy outside in the evenings, and lots of traffic! There are complimentary beverages all-day (tea, coffee, water, coke and wine). We enjoyed our stay here! Great location! Would definitely recommend!"
