The room had hair in the sink and tub. There was a silver fish IN the bed between the sheets. We looked between the headboard and mattress checking for more and the dirt and dust was so gross. Lastly our feet were black each night from the carpet. Im sure it has not been cleaned in years. Yes we told the staff to put clean sheets on the bedand clean the room exceptionally well but that carpet was gross. We thought that the part of town we were at it would be a high class La Quinta but that was silly of us.

The room was definitely neglected. The bed linens were thread bare as were the towels. They were washed but had stains on them. We went downstairs to get clean linens- they were worse. The bathroom cabinet (the wood part) had a layer of dust. No one came to service the room/make beds. The front staff was friendly, location was good right off I-95.

The room was old, the carpets were humid and room smelled like mold. The nightly was double the price than a much better clean and simple option at a Embassy Suites near by. My children and baby couldn't sleep in a room that felt humid and moldy and humid so we left and had to find something last minute.

The front counter person took her time to check us in. It appeared she had issues outside the property as she left several times as we were waiting in the lobby to check in. Once she was behind the counter we were treated as people entering a train station with no consideration of welcome or like pertinent things we needed to make our stay more comfortable. We had to ask about hours for breakfast and pool hours.
