The waterpark was a joke. 1 pool open slides down. Hot tub cold and slippery. Tv didn't work in our room.

They did not have a king bed room that we reserved. So we had to have the 2 queen beds. Not happy with that. The building seemed dirty and worn. The bathroom did not feel very clean.

Pool wasn't open after we'd been told it was, so we canceled and left. Why pay for a poolside room when no pool was open? Also my daughter fell outside on the property in the parking lot, the security person was helpful with getting her up and bringing her bandages and salve. She broke skin in three places and broke her smart watch.

This hotel was a catfish. Very loud and oddly shaped. The room was passable, the water was cold never had warm showers, it also was weirdly humid in the room with the ac on.

No hot water at all in entire hotel! Indoor pools were all ice cold because their heaters were broken too. Pool bar plating extremely loud music after close. Restaurant attached had terrible food and service. Jusr seemed like staff didn’t care about guests or were overwhelmed with amount of clientele in the hotel at one time

Was nice hotel little outdated in room curtains are very worn but overall room was clean. Breakfast was good nothing special waffles and cereal along with fruit and granola bars. Was disappointed Sunday when went down to breakfast early Sunday to watch Vikings game in the breakfast area(which is the bar in the hotel) asked to turn on tv(which were working sat morning) but was told they don't come with the breakfast area and the bar people won't be there until 11 to turn them on. 😔 will probaly stay again if in area the kids love the pools just needs some updating in rooms.

No hot water and the hotel is very run-down. Bathroom door did not shut all the way, hair dryer did not work, issues with the television, bathroom sink faucet leaked, and carpet was frayed in the room. There were a lot of stains on the carpet and overall the hallways were dirty. Staff were very kind and helpful, but the hotel needs a lot of updating.

The staff is amazing, their kindness and honesty (I left my cc in the pizza resturaunt) made us stay a second night instead of leaving and asking for a refund. The hotel rooms are in dire need of a reno. The carpets are grimy and the smell of the ac transferred to our clothing and luggaged. The bedding was as comfortable as you'd expect and the sheets were clean but had holes in them. The water temp was warm enough and I couldn't figure out how to use the cable tv. It turned on and I could control the volume but nothing else. We had our ipad so we didn't care to ask for help figuring it out. The kids loved the water park and the pizza was good tho a little pricey. I'd go for the water park but stay somewhere cleaner. I honestly feel bad for the staff, they deserve better. Such sweet hardworking people.

I would NOT stay here again. Property is very run down- doors molding, paint coming off walls, holes in the ceiling, rust on fixtures, not many outlets to charge electronics. Pool staff were inconsistent in implementing “rules”. Arcade is remotely run, so issues can’t be addressed immediately. Their “FREE Continental” Breakfast was disappointing to say the least.
