Mixed with pros and cons!

People above me were extremely noisy and constantly going back and forth all night long! Front desk personnel were pleasant and greater the guest with smiles. The breakfast was filling and hot each morning. The staff in the kitchen on my last day was very attentive to my needing help to get to the elevator with my food and was on a cain causing me to almost have to go back and forth. The one thing that really took away from the stay was that each time I turned the heat on the room smelled like dog urine and the scent of an animal got stronger each time (I am allergic to cats and dogs). I wish there were rooms set aside for those of use who don’t travel with pets.

HORRIBLE .

the bathroom sliding door was broken off and wasn’t screwed in correctly, the ceiling had mold forming. would not stay here again, prior to even booking i called and made sure that 18 and up could check in which it states on the booking page. the man told me that was correct, when i went to check in the lady at the front desk said that i was 19, which im not im 20 and that i couldn’t check in and i said no they said i could and she argued with me about it and said i booked through expedia and i in fact did not book with them. for a more comfort stay. stay within the hotels around there!

Very nicely appointed & spacious room. Staff was great. Breakfast is typical but nice. Would highly recommend for a stay near Anshutz hospital - which is why we were here!

My car was hit/ badly damaged on the property right near the entrance. The staff said there was a camera there but claim they didn't see anything.The bathroom door came off the track and my aunt was briefly trapped inside. The bathroom fixtures look like they weren't fixed properly. There was some sort of caulking smeared all over.. there was no kleenex in the kleenex box

I would highly recommend! The hotel staff was very pleasant, and very professional! The staff in the kitchen, for the breakfasts were always welcoming you with a smile!
