The house was very nice, clean and lots of bedrooms to fit a big group. Big kitchen to prep food and the bed I slept in was comfortable. It is right next to Fred Meyers so that is convenient. The only thing that was off is there is only space for 4 people to sit in the living room. It's "cozy" with limited furniture. Our group of 7 had to pull in dining room chairs to sit together. There is a large dining table in kitchen that could sit 8 but there are only 4 chairs. The lack of seating is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. We were out much of the time so it was it didn't inconvenience us too much, but it would have been nice if we could have all sat together in the morning or end of the evening. Maybe they could add some poufs to sit on. Overall a nice house.

Our family gathered at this house for a wedding. Overall, we had a lovely stay. The kitchen is well set up and we had what we needed. The towels are nice. The beds are comfy.Not all of the bedrooms are air conditioned. It was very hot when we were there and that made it uncomfortable for sleeping for some of us.. The common space is on the small side. We managed OK with 7 people. There wouldn’t be seating for a larger group.

Fantastic location for our family so that our daughter could attend Launch at Oregon State University. We could walk everywhere. Large kitchen. Patio/deck out back was great to have. Fenced back yard gave us privacy as well.

Great stay

Was a great space to stay in Corvallis, spacious with 5 bedrooms to accommodate our extended family and still be able to hang out and enjoy time together. Easy location to site see and visit the University and downtown, as well as a day at the OR coast. Air conditioning or breezy windows: your choice, comfy sofa inside or shaded lawn chairs on the back porch.

Everything worked except opening kitchen windows,(they opened but needed to be propped open to keep open). House was clean. Mary responded quickly when we found a cracked window, though did not require immediate repair. Well stocked, we did need to find the towels (there was not 10 sets out for use). We enjoy our stay there.

Spacious, great location

Came to town to check out OSU. This house is conveniently located right across from a grocery store, and very close to campus. Easy to get around, it was nice there was parking in the driveway. If we had been limited to street parking only, we would have struggled to find parking. There is a lot of room in this adorable home. Would stay here again.

Good Location

Cute kitchen remodel, this is an older house that shows it age. Worked well for the 5 of us. Beds were comfortable. It was a hot weekend and there’s no air conditioning, so the second floor gets warm. The host, Mary, was excellent and responsive.

Exceeded expectations!

My extended family enjoyed our stay in this property for a family member's wedding weekend. The property was spacious, well appointed, and very easy to live in for our stay. Having Fred Meyer grocery store across the street was so convenient for our group too. The owners were very responsive to my inquiries and even brought over extra towels. Check in and check out were super easy! Don't sleep on this property! It is fantastic!

Great stay and location

House was great! Beds were super comfy! Right across the street from Fred Myer!! Plenty of parking both in driveway and street. Only issue we had was for a place that sleeps so many…the seating area in the living room lacked places to sit comfortably. Suggestion would be to get a sectional couch to seat more. Otherwise, it was a great place!

Coming to OSU for Drop Off with the family

The house is lovely with comfy beds. Host was responsive and very helpful. One mile from the university for those wanting to visit the OSU campus. The kitchen was well stocked and amenities were nice. Also walking distance to Fred Meyer. We would highly recommend and are looking forward to our next stay here.

OSU back to school stay

This is a well located property that was perfect for getting our OSU student back and situated at school. Close to campus and retail amenities. Owner is very responsive and helpful with access codes and other needs. Property is good for a family group with varying ages. No central AC but wall units are sufficient and fans help on warm days. Lovely exterior sitting area and front porch. Kitchen is large and well equipped. Beds are comfortable. Great to have washer and 2 dryers! Only issue was with some windows that were lacking screens or had minor issues but notified Owner and certain they will be addressed.

Nice Property, Could use a few tweaks.

Overall the property met our needs really well. It was clean and comfortable. The few suggestions we had are regarding more than 4 guests. We had 6 adults and we only had 4 dining room chairs. We ended up bringing in the 2 porch chairs to accommodate meal time. The rooms upstairs need some hangers in the closets and I would suggest some additional mirrors other than the bathroom. This would help getting hairs styled or dressing when other people occupy the bathroom. My husband and I used the nice large room upstairs but this room could use a few hooks for robes or clothes on the walls. We did also have a parking issue with our large pickup truck because other people parked in front of the house. I realize this probably can't be avoided and we were able to park diagonally in the driveway. We would consider renting again in the future. Thank you.

If you are looking for a basic place to stay this works. It’s across the street from a grocery store which was convenient. The host was quick to respond when the door lock wouldn’t work.
