Cozy 2 bdrm cottage with queen beds. One bed has Beautyrest Lift at head and\or foot. Bathub/Shower combo. Jacuzzi tub. Has Washer/Dryer. Beautifully furnished. Enjoy morning coffee on 1 of 3 porches with gorgeous Sunrises on the back porch & breathtaking sunsets on the front porch. Security System & gated access. About 10 minutes to Downtown Bryan, 15 minutes to both the Rellis Campus, A&M Campus & George Bush Library. Cleaning Fee is $$125.00. Extended stay cleaning fee is $75/weekly. Extended stay travelers will be responsible for paying housekeeper. No trash to be left outside for Critters to get into. Please see Guest Checklist on Refrigerator. No dogs inside the house.
