workspace in the Master Bedroom.

Also downstairs is a bunk room especially for kids with twin-on-full bunkbed.
Upstairs, both bedrooms offer queen beds, carpeting, dressers, closets, and 55” Samsung smart TVs.

For additional sleeping needs, folding beds are located throughout the home, and extra pillows and blankets can be found in the laundry room and closets.

You have access to everything in the home and on the property except a locked supply closest.

No fumbling with keys; self-check-in is available with digital keypad. You will be provided keypad codes prior to check in.

Parking is available in a 2-car garage, as well as in the driveway.

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. Our team is located a few minutes away and can assist when needed; in fact, our reviews cite our responsiveness.

Ring cameras are installed at front door, driveway, and backyard.

Parties are not permitted, per VRBO regulations.

A noise monitoring device is installed in the home and backyard to measure decibels, smoke, and crowds. The monitor will alert the host and guests if the noise level exceeds a certain level. Neighbors are sensitive to noise and we value their support for our business. Your privacy is very important to me. There are no cameras or surveillance throughout inside of home and garage. Please keep noise levels low outside after 10 pm.

Please note that renting under false pretenses, unauthorized parties, smoking inside, and flagrant disregard for the property and neighbors may void this contract. There is a $2,500 fee for unauthorized events / parties.

Be upfront about your guest count. I'm very easy to work with and I want to exceed your expectations. The only way this works well is with good communication.

Q: Is early check-in allowed?
A: Yes, if Serenity at Seven Hills has been empty. Otherwise, you can store your luggage on-site starting at noon.

Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: We allow vaping, e-cigarettes, and smoking on the balcony or in the front of the house as long as the windows are closed.

Q: Are there any restrictions on the community amenities?
A: Only those registered on the booking are allowed.
