There were no towels in the room the room was dirty there was no bedding for the pull out bed. The originally posting said there was a pool then they took it off but it was still on the website. The reason we booked this hotel is because it had a pool only to be told it was closed entirely. They also claimed to have breakfast with cereal bars and coffee. We will never book here again

Absolutely the worst. I don’t normally leave negative reviews. We were one of a number of guests that had their reservations cancelled by the property. The staff were smug and almost laughing at their actions. No attempt to resolve or even apologize. I would a thousand percent recommend to NOT book here!

The smell of marijuana in the elevator and halls was not a good welcoming. The room is clean, sure. But i had to take photos of all the existing damage so i can get my deposit back. The people directly above us had at least one small child that was running laps until after 11pm. Hard to sleep.

Room was fine. Nice size bed and it was comfortable. The room was clean overall, but there were finger prints on microwave handles and door knobs so more attention to detail is needed.
