Easter Weekend

We decided for the first time to go away for Easter instead of hosting at home. We had such an amazing time and was perfect for being home away from home. Everything we could have needed was there, the host was amazing, the activities at the home and within the community were exactly what we needed. Highly recommend this home for your next stay in suncadia!

Beautiful house

We had a fantastic stay! The house was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked, one of the best I’ve seen. The kids loved the game room, and we all loved the hot tub. The property is surrounded by trees and makes for good privacy. The hosts were responsive to texting, and provided washcloths upon request. The only thing was the walls were a little thin, which didn’t bother me but did bother my family. Overall, excellent trip!

South sound hackers-Golf trip 2024

It was perfect for our annual trip. Close to all of the courses and food. The game room was outstanding for after golf. I would highly recommend if anyone else is looking for the perfect location to stay while golfing Suncadia.

A perfect fit

This home is so dialed in, it did not lack any details, and was so comfortable for our family winter trip. The kids loved the game garage, toys, and hot tub, and the adults appreciated the serene location (felt like a woodsy getaway), the fully stocked kitchen, and the ability for each family to have their own space and bathrooms. The host was world class, and clearly cares about making sure their guests have a good, easy time. I will stay here again, easy decision!

Wonderful place

We had a very relaxing and fun stay at Peaceful Pines. We enjoyed proximity to the trails, and loved the open space in the backyard. The game room in the garage was great fun!

Beautiful house

This house in Suncadia is perfect for our getaway weekend with friends. We come from all over and have the most relaxing comfortable time catching up. This house has everything and more! James our contact is GREAT! This is our second time staying and we have never needed anything. Booking again for next year and we can’t wait.

Our favorite Suncadia spot thus far

We have stayed at many Suncadia homes with our young family and dog and this spot has become our favorite. Very cozy, well stocked, great location and family friendly. The owner was quick to respond and helpful.

Wonderful Stay

Very comfortable and relaxing stay

The house was very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean. We very much enjoyed the game room, outside patio and gas fireplace in the evening. The neighborhood was quite peaceful as well!

Good family getaway

I'm grateful for hosts who open their home to pets as there aren't many and that is the most important detail to me. I think a damage deposit rather than a high pet fee would be better, but understand the concerns. (Note this property has a one pet maximum.) The house has a nice layout with bedrooms in separate wings and I like that even the 2nd bath has a wonderful large walk-in shower. The house is stocked with everything you need. Beds are very comfortable and the bath towels are luxurious. The two tiny chairs at the firepit for children were too cute, and I appreciate that there were books to read. The major drawback (temporary) is the construction next door, literally steps from the bedroom window. If you rise early this is no big deal, but if you want to sleep past 7am bring some good ear plugs or maybe this isn't the place for you.
