Only thing was the cracked tile on the bathroom floor, annoying every time you stepped on it . Also we didn’t get our room serviced on the 2nd day . Breakfast was lovely and the room was nice .

Was slightly upset on afew things such as read they had wheelchair accessible parking for 6 i think but had no disabled bays cars parked in free for all had to leave keys at reception incase needed to be moved. First of all i would not trust the reviews on here. Staff friendly.lift small and very slow. Room needs updating paint peeling in certain areas. 7cm brown stain on carpet .buikding showing its age.could do with a total revamp. Breakfast basic for the money. Recomend eat elsewhere. The Imperial Hotel

Stayed for work. facilities ok. Information said the gym opened at 5am so I set an alarm for a workout to find out the gym was shut. This should have been explained at check in.
