Keys kept getting deactivated and had to request reactivations multiple times during a week long stay. Housekeeping would forget to replace items like toilet paper or was cloths. Plus side - the beds and pillows were very comfortable and the hotel was very quiet.

We arrived to the hotel which during nearby construction is competitor isolated. The entrance/level is nearly under the highway. We entered the property to find a very musty smell in the lobby. Upon check in, the room was FILTHY. There was food left in the fridge, white and red stains on the couch, hair everywhere in the bathroom and fingerprints/smears all over most surface countertops and mirrors. Staff was not very friendly but agreed to move our rooms with little trouble. The second room was not much better and again found stains on the couch, carpet,and hair throughout bathroom with the toilet not cleaned. They refused to allow us to terminate the reservation, despite being in reach room no longer than 3 minutes. We travel for children's hospital, and really didn't need the added stress of paying for two hotels.

Everything was excellent about this hotel. The whole staff were professional and kind. I especially want to compliment the woman who was in charge of the breakfast. She went out of her way to make sure you were happy with her cooking and service.

This is a nice, clean hotel, about 15 minutes from Kings Island. Has a great selection for breakfast and good coffee.
