The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The vent up near the ceiling in my room needed to be cleaned. The shower was fantastic. Could have used instructions on how to use the coffee maker lol. The location was amazing! We hung out down in the lobby area and the staff were super nice. We had some shareables to eat and everything was good. We did not eat breakfast. I would recommend and stay here again.

Beautiful old hotel convenient to downtown . Wonderful rooms and great onsite dining. You can hear the trains outside from pretty much every room but I found it acceptable noise level.

Walked to Millers Pub for Tom and Jerry’s, went to the Kringle market and rode the train to Wrigley felt very safe in the area. Room was clean and beautiful and you could feel the history of the hotel as soon as you walked in will definitely be staying again!!!!
