North Center - Modern, Safe, Family-Friendly, Solar-Powered Apartment

Nicely renovated, modern kitchen and bath, comfortable beds, and solar-powered. Great location in a safe neighborhood, Jewel (Grocery store) is less than a block from the front door, Trader Joe's, 4 craft breweries within three blocks, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, Wrigley Field nearby, and brown line train to downtown (the Loop). Families with children are welcome; we can lend a booster seat and pack-n-play upon request. We offer our guests Brooklinen towels. Owners with two kids live upstairs; we are here to address guest needs. Our house is incredibly secure; we have security cameras on both the front and back porches. No smoking or vaping of anything on the property, guests can smoke on the front sidewalk or in the side alley. Parties, excessive noise, and loud music are prohibited — no large groups. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 8 am.

We had an excellent stay! The location was perfect, a nice little walk to Wrigley Field for a ball game. So many restaurants in the neighborhood. Very clean, bed was comfortable, the kitchen had anything that we needed. We will definitely be back.

We had a perfect stay here. The location is perfect. Quick walk to a grocery store and tons of restaurants right outside the door. Free street parking was plentiful. The apartment itself was great. Super comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and plenty of space. Felt like you were staying with a good friend who had thought of everything you might need.

This was one of the best places we have stayed. Apartment was clean with plenty of room to get comfortable. Lovely back porch to relax on, and the bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Parking was free and right out front of the rental. Inside was very clean and spacious. Location was convenient. It’s less than a block from a grocery store and there are several really good dining options within a 5 minute walk. The train is about a 10 minute walk and about a 45 minute train ride to downtown. If you are planning on attending a Cubs game, Wrigley is walkable as well. Definitely recommend it!
