"We spent just one night here after having been at the Snow Lodge in YNP for two. The Ridgeline exceeded our expectations (we'd stayed at this property a few years ago when under previous ownership).
We did not have a balcony or mountainside room. The room was quite spacious; ample walking area between two queen beds (in the middle and on the sides). Room was equipped with large screen t.v., refrigerator, microwave, Kuerig coffee maker.
The bathroom was designed with the sink/vanity in a separate "foyer-type" area (vanity on one side and clothes bar on the other); this is convenient as one guest can use the sink/vanity while the other is showering.
There was an ironing board and steam iron. Also, a desk with desk chair.
A thoughtful touch: a walking stick and binoculars in the room for use.
The indoor pool area was clean and well-stocked with pool towels. Although we did not use the pool, we did use the outdoor hot tub.
Adjacent to the pool area was a small fun room (air hockey, t.v. w/game controls, etc). The restrooms here also had shower and changing stalls.
Coffee/tea was available 24/7 in the lobby. I also noticed the property had a drinking fountain with a water bottle refilling station (similar to those you see in airports).
We did not eat at the attached Miner's Restaurant. We'd had dinner elsewhere but checked it out for breakfast. Sadly, the only menu offering was a buffet breakfast; as senior citizens we simply can't eat enough to justify a buffet."
