"This was a beautiful property at the top of the Spanish Steps. My wife and I stayed one night before departing for Bari. The room was clean and cool, despite being 40° outside. The complementary, sparkling wine and breakfast were amazing as well."

"Pros - We liked the room. A/C works great. It was clean. Staff was friendly. We loved the location. Easy walk to sites and Metro. Cons- Check-in and check-out process is a little clumsy. When we arrived at the location to check in, it took a few minutes to figure out how to access the check-in building since it was locked. The restaurant folks below assisted. After we checked in, we helped another couple from Ireland checking in figure it out since they also seemed confused. I think better signage would help. We received physical keys to one of the building doors and no one was present at the desk when we went to return them and check out during business hours. We had to get to the airport so we just left them on the counter. Still a good stay, but check-in and check-out process could be improved. I like signs with instructions. Maybe a little drop box for physical keys if no one is present at checkout."
