We had a fantastic stay at the Scalinata di Spagna. Our room was beautiful and really comfortable. We loved the windows, beds, and bathroom. They serve delicious breakfast at the cozy terrace. The staff is welcoming and work hard to meet your needs. The location couldn’t be better, you only have to come down to be in one of Rome’s best neighborhoods. You can walk to all major attractions from the hotel. There’s also a subway station right next to it and taxis available at the door at all times.

It was a nice room in a very convenient area. I didn’t like that for the price we paid we didn’t have glass cups or mugs for coffee and they only left us 2 paper cups in the room for 4 people.

SO, SOME GOOD AND SOME HORRIBLE.. YES ! Manager of hotel despicable behavior to guests. Definitely the reception desk personnel very helpful and pleasant.
