Could be really nice

The place could be amazing. We have stayed there a few times but each time the rooms went down in quality (e.g., cleanliness). It's convenient and not horribly priced but could use love.

Great Boutique Hotel

We have used this hotel many times when we travel to the San Jose area. It’s convenient to freeways, but in a quiet neighborhood, close to amenities and always clean and comfortable.

I hope I can post pictures! I took many of the disgusting room! This hotel looks lovely when you arrive BUT evil lurks within! The room had old pizza boxes, bags of left over chips, trash un-emptied, light bulbs out, hair dryer literarily caught on fire when I started it- bath tub/ shower didn’t drain, no safe as advertised in the room, NO room service!! Nobody cleaned our room!! We talked to the front desk and complained but NOTHING happened!! When we left all pizza boxes and other trash remained! Seriously, shut the place down! DO NOT STAY!
