Although there are some nice amenities at this hotel, like the bar and the pool. In general, it was in need of some rehab. Leaky shower that didn't drain well, lots of coats of paint, tired carpeting.

Tried checking in at 3pm, told our rooms were dirty and they couldn’t check us in. Asked if we can still check in after the George Strait concert ended. Told yes. Walked in at 1am and “lady” behind counter said we’re sold out. Told her I had a confirmation email and booked 6 months ago. She kept saying we’re sold out. Horrible horrible service. Had to drive 2 hours home!!!

Overall the bed sheets were dirty and when asking for replacements the hotel was not staffed properly in replacement blankets and we had to use extra sheets. I do feel the staff did the best they could with the situation. Will not likely stay here again.
