Our beds were hard as a rock, and pillows way to soft. The gym has new Technogym machines. That's positive. We paid twice for our parking... Once in the hotel parking machine, and then again when leaving the parking area, as the areas are divided into areas. I asked about this at the reception, but they said nothing about that. So now I have to claim a refund... "
