"Friendly & efficient staff at the front desk at both check in & check out. One of the 2 elevators was out of order so we sometimes had a long wait to go up or down. Also, it would be nice if they had more luggage carts available. We were unable to secure one when we were checking out so we had to make multiple trips from our room down to the car. But overall, we enjoyed our stay."
