Labor Day Weekend

The house was great for our family! All the little amenities like corn hole, bikes and golf cart made the stay even more fun. Nice kitchen where we cooked as a family almost every night and big enough table for us to come together and connect. Fripp Island is one of our favorite places and we would highly recommend this home. Charlton is a kind communicator.

Terrific property

The property was just as described. The golf cart was a huge help gettting around the island. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed and more. It was a terrific week at Island Psalms! Would definitely stay at this hime again!

Great Family Vacation Cottage

Great vacation property! The renting process was straightforward & the owners were very responsive to our inquiries/questions. The property is situated in a quiet area with a view of the golf course. Like many families, we had multiple vehicles and all fit in the driveway. The house has good functional space, with the centrally-located & nicely equipped kitchen, dining & great room areas serving as wonderful gathering places for our family. We especially enjoyed the use of the 6-person golf cart, all the beach supplies & equipment (chairs, towels, etc), the ping pong table/equipment, as well as the roomy space we were able to use for storing all our toys we brought with us to the island (fishing kayaks, trailer, scooter, etc.).

Beautiful house and property

We loved our time on Fripp! The house had everything we needed in the kitchen to make meals as a family. There was a high chair for the little one, a pack n play, a stroller and some toys! We made beautiful memories in the house as an extended family. We’ll be staying here again I’m sure. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Great location and beautiful property!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Charleton and Dawn were very responsive and patiently answer all of my questions. The property is well equipped for a short or long stay. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and also for roaming the island to admire the beauty and wildlife. We had at least 6 plus deer at a time in the back yard to watch! This was my youngest daughters 24th birthday and also my 5 month old granddaughters first beach trip and it will always be a cherished memory. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Lovely house with great amenities and hosts

This house on Dolphin Rd was a very good stay for our family. Five bedrooms, two full baths, large living room, large kitchen/dining room nicely handled our family of 7. Having a golf cart, beach chairs, bikes, boogie board, cornhole, etc. were great, included amenities that made our stay even more comfortable and fun. Communication with the host was very good. I'd highly recommend this property.

Amazing Rental, Will be renting from them again!

The experience my friends and I had was a weekend that we will always remember. Between the location, the space and the comfort this rental was exactly what we were looking for. The renters were extremely helpful in the process as this was my first time renting. Everything was exactly as they had promised and we were left blown away upon arrival. The pictures are one thing but this house in person was stunning and very warm and welcoming. 10/10 would go back and rent this home again and I fully plan on bringing my family back next year.

Well equipped

This was the perfect house for a beach trip with young children, and a set of grandparents too! We had a great time! The kitchen is well equipped with all utensils, pots/pans, and dishes you will need. All furnishings were comfortable and well kept. On the last night of our stay, there was a power outage on the island for a couple of hours. We appreciated the battery powered lanterns placed throughout the house. This made quite the adventure of boardgames (stocked in the house) by "candlelight!" When you head to the beach, you will find a great collection of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and carts in good condition. Also, there is a great pong table, corn hole game, and ring toss game in the carport area. Want to bike? There is surely one for you! We had such a great stay! This is the perfect house to just bring a suitcase! Other than groceries, this house is ready to go!

This house is fully stocked with whatever you need. If your flying in with just a suitcase in hand, this is the place for you. Lots of beach gear and well stocked kitchen for eating in. Great place to stay!

Wonderful trip to Island Psalms Cottage

The Island Psalms Cottage was perfect for our group! The location of the house on the island was ideal for our stay. The house was spotless, and the kitchen was extremely well appointed. We loved sitting on the porch in the mornings and at night and enjoying the golf course views. The beds were super comfy. Ping pong table, bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, and beach floats were an added bonus! We would love to come and stay again!
