Any rules not adhered to will be reported to VRBO and will be considered grounds for ending of your reservation immediately

-Not suitable for children (under 6 years)
-Pets not allowed
-smoking not allowed
-parties and events not allowed- $500 fee if in violation

-No children under the age of 6. Home is not child-proofed. Children need to be old enough to not need cabinet locks, stair gates, etc.
