"The staff was not hospitable in the least. I checked in and the front desk was all business. I got terribly lost finding my room because they added a building. After getting sufficiently lost and confused since the second floor rooms are in two different buildings, I had to haul my luggage back to the desk. I asked for help getting to the room, the bell desk guy starting pointing. When I asked him to show me he made sure to make me feel stupid for taking the wrong elevator on the right. Then he proceeded to walk me the whole way not offering to pull my luggage for me! Not once. I'm fact he walked ahead of me and then brought me to an elevator that looked like it was for freight. And the pool was closed for construction and I want notified. Hated my experience from start to finish. "

"The lobby and breakfast area was spotless! Check-in was a breeze thanks to the attentive desk clerks. Our room was clean as well…and the beds were FANTASTICALLY comfortable with just the right amount of pillows! Susan, the staff at breakfast, was amazing! So friendly and helpful…she immediately found me a bandaid when she learned I had cut my finger (on my tweezers) …such a nice person! We will definitely be back soon!"
