Book a hotel near Bal Harbour Shops, Miami

"Beautiful, classy property with direct access to the beach and multiple pools. Staff is ready to serve you and make you feel welcome. However, the beach is full of seaweed therefore I did not get into the water and I am assuming other guests felt the same because the pools were packed and there were no seats available besides the beds which cost $400-$700 to rent. Besides that, I loved everything else. Room was spacious for 4 people and well maintained."

"The hotel is old but very clean and neat. Definitely over priced for food and drink's. Would have definitely been perfect if we didn’t have to go out or uber eat because of there prices in food/drinks. No wonder all those areas were empty. Please make it more reasonable for guests and maybe you will see it busy…Also the pool area closes to early…"

"Ideal location in the Deco district. Easy walk to park and beach area with bike and pedestrian paths. Room with separate kitchen/dining area and outside small patio area with table and chairs. Comfortable bed, clean rooms and linens. No staff on premises, easily accessible by phone/text. I would definitely recommend and stay here again if I come back to Miami."

"Hotel is great overall; lovation is jnbratable; beach exvellentyand so was beach service. Bathrooms/tiling need updating. Service staff at restaurant need better training. HVAC unit in room very loud. Room service not very efficient; one day we waited until almost 4:30pm and another day until 6pm to have room serviced."

"This is the second time staying here. We were in the West building this time. Same type room as main building, same great amenities. Great hotel for the price!! We will be coming back again. "
