"Recommend Hotel Taparendo very highly. Fransisco was there all the time. Breakfast was good and on late. Coffee was good. Roof top pool and lounging areas, sunny and shaded, were good with baños nearby. We had the “quad” room which was one single, and 2 doubles. The other rooms all had at least one double bed. AC worked. Hotel Taparendo"

"This hotel is gorgeous and very comfortable and serene. It's in a great locations very close to the Zocalo and the lagoon. The concierge team was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The restaurant on site had great drinks but I think the food could be improved as it left little to be desired in terms of options. I do have a severe shellfish allergy and they were VERY on top of that which I appreciated. You do not have your own fridge or TV in the room if that matters to you. They also don't provide body wash, which I found odd, but other than that I would absolutely stay here again. It was absolutely lovely and the many pools were a godsend with the heat as they keep them cool."
