The room has not been cleaned in a while. If it was a way to leave photographs I have several to show how horrible it actually was. Spilled food and debris on the floor all sorts of bodily fluids all over the leather couch. It was disgusting but it was only for one night so we toughed it out. If you're going to stay here at Harrah's I recommend you get in the ocean view Tower which was just redone like a few years back if not in the last couple years. It's really nice over there. Night and day. I forget the name of the section we were in but it's part of the old hotel. Very unfair to advertise beautiful rooms online and then have to deal with a very substandard room when I complained no one listened. They did offer me a cup of coffee for my troubles but we were on the way out the door. Not much compensation for a dirty room. I asked to upgrade the night before but again I was refused. I actually was told they didn't have any rooms but I know for a fact vacancies were available. Our second time staying there this year. First time was good second time sucked. They owe us a comp night.

The pool was the highlight of the stay and is the primary reason we'd return to the property. The rooms were okay. When we initially checked in our room had to be changed because the toilet was leaking. We paid for a Bayview room and requested a high floor after the issue with the first room, but we were put on the 4th floor overlooking the roof, so that sucked. The rooms were pretty good, with the exception of a few items included extremely dusty vents and rusted light fixtures. We ate at several restaurants on the property....all of which were great!
