I think the hotel was fine… they never cleaned or provided new bedding or anything. We asked for them to come clean and replenish but it never happened over 5 days. They also lost our reservation and had to book our staff in another hotel. Not sure what happened there. Either Harrah’s made the mistake or Travelocity did NOT send our reservation. No record of reservation on Harrah’s side but Travelocity said it was confirmed as they spoke with reservations center but couldn’t put it all together. Not best experience

The room was very dusty and even though I selected "non-smoking" it still smelled like cigarettes- EVERYWHERE reeked of cigarette smell. If you're sensitive to smells, I do not recommend going there. You have to pay a fee for the pool, even though you're staying at the hotel, valet is a total NIGHTMARE to get your car back- they need a new system.

The room was not clean. I had taken pictures of everything. The bed sheets were stained and gross. There was dust in the ceiling and crumbs on the frame and box spring. The pillows were throw pillows on the bed. The staff was not very helpful.also, we read the pool party due g the day was until 6 o’clock and whe we arrived they said no it was 5. Why would it be listed online until 6 and the. We are told that is wrong. Not very happy about this stay at all

The cleanliness of the room was less than ideal. There was urine all down the front of the toilet, sticky stuff all over the bedside tables, random wet spots on the carpet.

Terrible customer service. Housekeeping never showed up despite calling and texting starting at 10am. I was told they have until midnight to clean the room, to find out when I called after not showing up ALL at 1140pm to just tell me that cleaning staff leave at 11pm. Security act like they ICE.. they are rent a cops. They harass guests unsolicited. Pool..you have to pay $20 daily. Hot tub is Luke warm at best. Restaurant staff are scammers as they told us to ZELLE them to pay for food. Overall Very bad experience. Don’t stay here!!!
