"Warm swimming pool. Reasonably priced hot tub. Best features was the magnificent staff. We were supposed to stay for 5 days and because of the incredible service we stayed for almost 14 days.
Must mention the mgr Pam, front desk Mary, Brian, Sara, there are two others that left a great impression too. My room needs were catered to by Janieth ( amazing woman) Amara, Madison, must shout out to Diego. Breakfast, Toni, Mark, Jo kept my girlfriend fed even though she wasn’t a morning person. If you want to stay at a place where the people are nicer than your real family, this is it. I almost quit going to choice hotels because of a bad experience, but this one has me rethinking that. These people make this hotel better than any four walls could. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. "
