This is a superb place to stay if you are going anywhere in downtown Cleveland. Parking is across the street and there is an underground tunnel that connects. We had a corner room and had tremendous views of the lake and the city with windows on both sides. It felt like a penthouse. Worth it!

I would do yourself a favor and just don’t stay here. There are many other nicer hotels in the area. When we approached management we were told they had been having “issues” with the WiFi and there was nothing they could do and that the air was controlled to stay at 74 degrees. Not pleasant"
