"Breakfast was available for $14 per person, so did not try that. We were in and out numerous times and the front desk people never bothered to look up to acknowledge us. The room was nice and the bed was great, but the showers were bad - hot water wouldn't stay on for more than a couple of minutes, then got cold, then warm, then cold, etc. Major negative. Location was awesome! So many things to do nearby and a very pretty setting. The workout room was okay, but did not even have a treadmill. "

"The location was great, but the customer service was poor. I asked for a clean, updated room and was given an old, dirty room that smelled bad. The TV remote didn’t work, the sofa sleeper was broken, there was no internet or cable, and the TV was outdated. Not worth returning. I requested to move room at 10pm"

"The room was not great. The bed lamp was unplugged and there was no socket close to plug it in. So I had to get out of bed to use the lamps in front of the room. The toilet after every use had to be flushed 2-3 times. Where the vents were for the ac had broken wood around it. It was not a great room. Definitely expected better."
