"Good location, metro station round the corner, union station about an 8mins walk straight down. Very walkable. About 5-8mins drive into the DC very good location. Has a huge store Harris Steeter where you can food shop. All around perfect location"

"Amazing but accessories should be upgraded "

"Amazing friendly people. The hotel is modern and clean. My only critique would be that there is an emphasis on keeping the front area and grounds tended to more frequently. There was some trash around the parking area that hadn’t been picked up during my 3 days. Also there are weeds now growing through the pavement in the front entrance. The lobby going in had not been vacuumed and there was small tile pieces piled in the corner. The blue chairs in the bar area are very lovely but some are ripping at the seams and very visible. I also smelled marajuana in not only the public bathroom next to the bar but also several times walking through the halls. I see that there is a slippery slope with the quality of the hotel. These are small issues that did not affect my stay but were noticed and are simple fixes that will keep visitors returning. I fear that if these simple items are overlooked then there will be continued decline which would be a shame. It truly is a wonderful hotel and I will happily return and tell others to stay until there is a reason not to. I hope management reads my words and integrates them with seriousness and as an opportunity to shine. "

"Bria at the front desk is awesome! She was very welcoming and friendly. She gave great suggestions for restaurants in the area, and made me and my daughter feel comfortable and welcome. Valet was very professional and welcoming as well. I wish my stay was as longer. "

"Really nice hotel in a great area of Baltimore. Excellent views with a pristine lobby. The staff accommodated us with a rollaway bed so my husband, son and I could each have our own bed. The bathroom is well stocked and very clean. We were within walking distance of Camden yards so an excellent location. Staff was friendly and helpful."
