"Been staying at this property back when it was the Regal Alaskan (more than 20 years ago). It has been much better than it is currently. Basically, it just comes across as not caring much anymore. In particular, the bar/restaurant has REALLY fallen off - used to be a reliable place to get good food. Now? One page menu printed on computer paper, and more than half of the items were "not available" on this visit. They couldn't even provide a basic burger "because their supplier didn't have buns". This despite the fact that they could have sent someone to the grocery store down the road to fix this minor problem. Instead, they just watched customers get disgusted and leave. Sorry, but there are too many other options in the area with staff and management that is still trying to do a good job."
