Great ambiance from the moment you walk in. The place is clean and modern. It’s absolute perfect distance for visiting anchorage with or without a car. The staff are friendly, the amenities are nice, the room is comfy, spacious, and modern. The gym was actually impressive for the space. Definitely recommend this hotel

The room was clean and staff were very kind. We booked a port-side room in mid-february. I naturally sleep very hot at night, so we had to sleep with the window open. However, it was obviously snowing and they were cleaning the parking lots all night long and that was incredibly noisy. The hotel is aware of this potential, and had ear plugs on the room ready for us. So that was a nice amenity if you are comfortable wearing those. Overall is was a good hotel in a good location downtown.

Bathroom door needed repaired, it was coming off the rails. AC unit was loud, and there was no microwave in the roo. Room was smaller than pictures show. Located in downtown Anchorage, could be quite loud during tourist season. Loud guests in the hallways.
