Heater was not working. From desk controls the temperature.. still no heater. Night time in May is bit chilly at night. After several complaints, gave me small portable heater.. Breakfast was very good quality

The property has recently been renovated to very high standards. Shower was a bit small but the facilities and room were really nice and overlooking the main street. Staff was very nice and helped with all our requests.

"The hotel is in a good location about 12-15 mins walk from the Piazza Maggiore.
It's large and has a big lobby and cafe area, and a restaurant tucked away which is perfectly adequate.
The staff were super helpful, particularly in the restaurant and at the desk.
The building itself is a bit tired but has a charm about it.
Room was fine, clean and spacious enough.
One thing that isn't helpful is a spa that only opens for 4 hours from 5pm until 9pm. I know people eat later here but if you are traveling for work or want to go out earlier you can't use it. And I booked it because the spa looked good.
The gym is excellent with a wide range of machines which you can do a proper workout.
Overall I would recommend for the location"
