"After booking the hotel, we tried to call to arrange a shuttle, but unfortunately no one answered the phone. When we arrived at the hotel later, we also noticed that the receptionist was not answering the ringing phone, even though it kept going off. She seemed to ignore the calls. I asked her couple of questions and she was quite rude to me. The receptionist in the morning was a young girl and she was genuinely very helpful, friendly, and did her job properly. Apart from that, the pool was better than we expected and the water looked clean. The breakfast was sufficient. Everything in the room was fine except for the air conditioning. Most importantly, it was clean."
