This was far the WORST experience at a hotel I've ever stayed at only because I would not have stayed if I'd had any other option. First when you walk into the lobby the odor of dirty bodies and urine is over whelming. And I work with the homeless. Second they charge an additional parking fee not listed. The elevator had a puddle of pee in it and when I asked the clerk about it they just grabbed a towel and wiped it. No mop or cleaning agent. Which explained the state of the floor in the bathroom. Urine on the bathroom floor. The first room had an AC that didn't work, broken tub and broken shower. The second room had a broken door that would not shut properly. The third had pee on the floor, but the ac worked and the shower worked (not the tub). I laid down towels. The elevators do not work properly and are in terrible repair. They have breakfast but I was terrified to eat anything prepared by them. I ended up leaving a day early. I'd give ZERO STARS AND CALL THE HEALTH DEPT!!!!!!!!!!

Mid but doable

The room that I booked was a deluxe King however I was not aware that there was only one AC unit inside of it, and I also wasn’t aware that the AC unit was further away from the bed then to be expected I said all that to say it was very warm in our room. It had cold moments but overall it was warm so I probably get a smaller room next time so the air and circulate a little better but overall it was OK

Hotel site needs a serious renovation.

Hotel clerk was rude. We reserved a king bed. We got two double beds instead. We got charged $12/day for parking. Poorly disclosed. Need to be more transparent Bathroom was dirty. Shower hanger is about to fall off. Couldn’t keep the curtain closed because it’s leaning away from the tub. There is a hole in the tub floor. The shower faucet needs to be replaced.

One of the main reasons that we choose this hotel is because it stated that the pool was a part of your amenities. However, it was not available to use. On top of that there was this stench of mildew in the halls. In the breakfast area there was water leaking from the ceiling. It was just a bad experience all together.

Comfortable but needs updating and no BAR.

The area is great. The hotel is a little outdated and needs to be updated but it's very comfortable. Please remove the BAR advertisement from your ad. That was one of the reasons I actually chose that location, otherwise I would've gone to the DoubleTree.

Man, just tear down that place and start over!

This place been on a slow decline for SEVERAL years now. Haven't stayed there in a while, but returning convinced me they have no intentions on improving this place. There were roaches in the room. And the entire hotel was out of the guest style bath soap. It's a good thing I always bring my own, but I heard the conversation being had with a couple at the desk when I was checking in. I chose my one night stay because the price was so low, but I gladly pay more for a different hotel to never stay at this place again. If I look up one day and there's a different sign in front of the building, I might give it another shot. But I won't go near this place again.
