Comfort Suites Waco North - Near University Area
"We checked in one day earlier, and we were told we would not have to move rooms. My husband told the gentleman at the front desk that we wouldn’t unload the car if we had to move the next day. Gentleman told him no we would not have to move. The next day while I was out with our granddaughter, my husband was called at 11:40 and said that he had to be moved and be out in 20 minutes. He is a disabled veteran and gets stressed when he has to do things in a quick amount of time. I was two hours away and couldn’t help him. He told the person at the front desk if he had forgotten anything please send it over.. he missed my vitamin supplements and when I went down to the desk that evening, I was told there was nothing left in the room., also she couldn’t understand why we were moved. And the next day someone came in to straighten up our new room and I had to put my protein powder by the coffee maker and I want to use it the next morning it was gone. For All the people that were there for the Baylor graduation. There was one working elevator! So I am out about $80 worth of product. We will never stay there again."
