The location was perfect we were about 10-15 minutes away from everything, the only reason I am giving a four instead of a five star is due to the walls are very thin. We heard our neighbor's alarm going off and were able to make out what TV show he/she was watching. Besides this we really enjoyed our stay and would return. Staff was great and bed was comfortable.

Nice hotel. Close to downtown with all the activities to do in Waco. Hotel would be a five if it wasnt for a flashing light from the smoke alarm in the room. It wasnt making any noise but it flashed all night.

staff was horrible and rude.. I was told that I could have early check at noon showed up at 1:30 and I had to wait for 1 hour.. Asked for a manager and the staff member was very rude. I will never stay there again or even reference them.

The room was spotless. The water pressure was very low and the TV volume had issues with staying in one position, it raised and lowered. The staff was kind.

The room was perfect and very modern. The hotel was spotless and the staff were friendly and professional. The hotel is centrally located near a ton of cool spots to eat, entertainment and tourist attractions. We will definitely stay here when we visit Waco again.

Have stayed here in past but was disappointed. Several inconveniences. My friend had a TV that would not turn off and had to change rooms at midnight. Then pillows were lumpy. For that, she got a breakfast coupon. Should have comped room.My key did not work when I arrived and had to go downstairs and change rooms. The HVAC system had a mind of its own. Woke up roasting in middle of night - though it was set on 67 (cool). Was 40s outside.Cranked down to 65 But bed was comfy.
