Lady at the front desk was so rude and disrespectful her name was Rocio completely entitled and seemed to hate her job. We had breakfast vouchers and she didn’t explain to us how they worked kept rolling her eyes and responding in a condescending manner. Random hairs all over the room, and smelled of humidity Will not be staying here again

Good if you are looking for a low priced hotel that is clean. But, if you are looking for a nicer hotel with a full restaurant and coffee shop, pay the extra and go for Hilton or Hotel Indigo. That is what we will do next time.
