"Staff was very helpful, parking was very easy, and the building and rooms were very clean. There was some wear-and-tear in the room, with a shower that was tricky to operate (handle was wobbly making temp control ineffective) and supplies were low (lotion bottle was empty!) - I attempted to call ..."
