Sheraton Anchorage Hotel
The hotel was undergoing some renovations. The TVs were not working on either night of my stay. If the TVs had been Smart TVs connected to the internet, the issue could have been avoided. It's difficult to say what the rating would be after the renovations.

Convenient location. Close to grocery store and hiking trail. The host is quick in response. However the property management company charged extra fees on top of the confirmed booking charges.

Our door code fell off the check in instructions in our hotels.com app. Luckily I had already spoke to our host and he was able to open the garage door remotely.
