Beautiful building. The rooms were clean with a bit of an art deco vibe. We got a whirlpool room and the whirlpool worked great. We were there for 3 nights, and anytime we needed anything we received help immediately. The food is delicious, though pretty pricey. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful stay in 21C. The only thing that was unusual was the amount of time it took to be served Brunch on Sunday. They were severely understaffed.

Great proximity. The Valet stand was a bit disorganized, but when we got help, they did hustle to get our vehicle. Would appreciate if the valets would ask patrons to move out of the doorway-simple common sense, but seemed to be lacking.
