"Staff was very helpful when I had to switch rooms after shower upstairs leaked into my room. The new room was ground floor so view was somewhat obstructed. New room had less window opening and no second window for airflow. Had to use a box fan for comfort and that drowned out the sound of the ocean. ..."

"The location to the beach was great and the kitchen update was nice but I would not book this place again with small children. The upstairs bedrooms are open to the main floor below so noise traveled easily upstairs making it hard to lay the little ones down early. The deck needs to be updated as many boards were not safe at all or attached to anything. Also, overall the house was just not clean - dead Rollie Ollie bugs, dust and hair throughout. It’s as if the house isn’t vacuumed in between guest stays. We were disappointed with this property."
