"Check in was at 4 pm, the room wasn’t ready until 4:45. We had a 6 year old and two three year olds. We were offered any consolations. At the low end, drink vouchers at the least. Also the pool and other amenities were additional fees. That wasn’t clear in the booking description ."

"Property was more run down than the photos indicated. Had broken doorknob lock us in the bathroom. Patio is a falling down shack that has bats living in it. Bbq is rusty and barely usable, if you don’t mind the bats."
