Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Madison West - Middleton by IHG
Room was fairly clean, pool was easily accessible (ask for wrist band at check in), and the breakfast was great. Perfect mini trip for our family (2yo + 7yo) in cold January.

The night front desk gentleman was fantastic. He was extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. I did not catch his name but he was from Italy. Kudos to him. Employees like that are what make a business shine.
